Yes the production of frosted/pearl lamps is to be outlawed from Sept 1st, but shops and wholesalers have plenty of stocks,  enough to last us well into next year…

..or at least they would if the panic buying hadn’t started in earnest.

Don’t get me wrong,  I’m more than happy to sell large quantities of lamps,  but the panic buyers are messing up the market.  As soon as the article hit,  and people responded by buying in droves,  the wholesalers upped thier prices.  So,  not only don’t people NEED to buy in bulk,  they are paying more for the privelige.

So,  don’t panic.  We’ve got plenty of pearl lamps in stock,  along with the mythical 100w bulbs and 150w bulbs.
