If you have bought a TV from us over the years, you will find below a guide to help you retune for the switchover. Use your receipt or instruction manual to confirm your model, or ring the shop.
These guides have been written by Paul and talk you through every step of the re-tune. If you have trouble doing it yourself, please ask a friend or Neighbour to try for you. You cannot break your TV and the worst thing that could happen is you go without TV for a day or so.

MANY MANY THANKS for putting this information on your web site, everybody told me NO NEED to reset the video but they were wrong. I looked on your webpage to find what time you opened today Saturday 7th April so l could contact you for help! but thanks for the information Paul has supplied l have managed to reset both TV`s and Video`s. Again THANK YOU .GREAT SERVICE/COMPANY as always
