Hi David,
Assuming you are running a fresh feed from the Dish to the TV and have checked that connection, it is not unheard of to have a faulty Freesat Tuner in a new TV. Test the feed by plugging it into your Sky box, and go into the services menu on the Sky box to check the signal quality.
If it appears to be ok, then you’ll need to contact the store you bought the TV from I’m afraid.
