Is my Nintendo Wii, High Definition?
Wednesday, 08 Jul 2009 ~ Posted by Mook
No, the Nintendo Wii is not a HD product.
You can however improve it’s picture quality by using a RGB scart video lead (available to order in store). This gives a much more stable image, and sharpens the image on modern flatscreen televisions.
At present, the only current games consoles that support High Definition are the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3, both of which are capable of showing games AND films, in HD.
For these consoles you would use component or HDMI cables.
