I’m looking for a cooker for my mum. The one she has at the moment is a gas double built in with a seperate hob. Any info would be good as i know nothing about them or what makes to steer clear from. My cooker at home is a neff but ive been told there electric only? Not sure how much she wants or needs to spend but probably looking at around 1k.

Hi
A Built in gas double can only be a Stoves No one else really does them as electric is the better technology. Check out the Stoves 900 Rotostar.
It’s a dying Market with a captive Audience and they are the best of a small bunch.
Ideally convert the oven to electric and stick with a gas hob and the world is her oyster. She can get a decent electric double oven for under £500 and put the rest towards the cost to running a cable, if she doesn’t already have an adequate power supply.
hope that helps
