Hi Nickky,
Bad news I’m afraid. Most Fibre optic Christmas trees are made in Chinese factories and the transformers to work them are made in the same place. As such, the transformer specifications are individual to each tree type. Most them are AC/AC adaptors which shops won’t stock.
Your best hope will be a large garden centre such as crews hill or Northfields in Sewardstone Road. If the transformer has a brand name on it, a web search might also throw up some results.
